The Process
STEP 1
CONSULTATION & BUDGET
Your dedicated KrisCo Design Consultnat will visit you to learn about your family, your lifestyle and how you intent to use your future pool. From there we will discuss the design and features of your dream pool. At this point a conceptual design and budget will be provided for your review.
STEP 2
CONTRACT, DESIGN, & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Once an agreement is in place your dedicated pool designer will work to finalize the design. No details are spared and shortcuts are taken. When the design is in place, construction and structural documents will be prepared.
PERMITTING
Once the project is approved, we start the process of building permits. We handle all the details, and your dedicated Design Consultant will walk you through any required documents that need your attention.
STEP 3
STEP 4
MATERIAL SELECTION
The next step is for you to visit our office and showroom. You'll see your construction drawings, giving you a clear overview of what your dream pool is going to look like. We'll walk you through every detail so you understand everything from pool finishes to spa jet design. Final material selections are to be made at this point.
STEP 5
CONSTRUCTION
Working with your dedicated project manager, you will embark on the Seattle pool construction phase, taking on average 5 to 6 months. From the start to the very end of the project, your KrisCo team will be working tirelessly to ensure you have the best construction experience. We’ll be here to answer any questions you may have and you can be absolutely sure that we’ll treat your property as if it were our own.
STEP 6
Dive in!
The journey ends with your vision realized. It’s time to enjoy your brand new pool — whether that’s diving in head first or lounging poolside with your favorite book. You’ve earned it!
